SCMAP 2009 Conference Sponsorship

The Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP) has been organizing annual conferences on distribution and supply chain management for many years now. SCMAP is a professional organization of companies committed to improving the quality of their supply chain processes and professionalizing their supply chain practitioners.

This year, SCMAP’s Annual Conference and Exhibit will be on September 17 & 18, 2009, with the theme “Supply Chain Management Opportunities in Challenging Times”, which will be held at the Isla Ballroom of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.

Around 250 participants are expected, representing various sectors, industry groups, manufacturers, distributors, service providers, logistics equipment and software vendors, the academe. SCMAP members and non-member companies will be able to hear from foreign and local Supply Chain experts as they share their expertise on the subject, and network with business partners and counterparts..

Accomplished contract forms must be submitted to Mr. Ed Sanchez. Deadline to confirm your reservation is on August 3, 2009 (Monday). All checks must be payable to “Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines, Inc”. Deadline for the payment of sponsorship contributions is on August 21, 2009 (Friday). Assignment of booths will be based on date of payment.

Donation:  PhP 220,000

• Entitlements same as Principal Sponsor, plus
• Option to conduct a 45-minute product/service presentation during cocktails.
• Option to display materials indicating cocktails sponsorship during cocktails.

D. Luncheon Sponsor (2 slots available)

Donation:  PhP 220,000

• Entitlements same as Principal Sponsor, plus
• Option to conduct a 45-minute product/service presentation during sponsored lunch break.
• Option to display materials indicating luncheon sponsorship during sponsored lunch break.

E. Break Sponsor (3 slots available)

Donation:  PhP 110,000

Fee:  P2,250 to P9,000 VAT inlusive
